After a rousing battle of wills, the first game of the season is in the book.

Paintiff's QB, Brian Hokamp had an interesting kickoff strategy (kick it out of bounds) coupled with tremendous support from the rest of his roster. His stats, as recorded by the official PSUDSL Stat Keeper, Mr. Joe King, reported -213 Pass Yards, 1 for 32, and 1 int. Rough night. (yet he still won)

The TBDs, although beaten, had one heck of a play by an offensive lineman who caught a tipped ball and ran for 25 yards, almost making the first down on a fourth and forever. Unfortunately he was an ineligible receiver. (btw - I didn't catch your name, so please comment and let me know!) Also making the headline story was the 1L who intercepted the pass in the endzone to end the game.

But seriously, it was fun! (All of this is made up and doesn't reflect on any players real stats - except maybe Brian. He might have played that poorly. Better ask him.)
